Hi All!

I hope you have had a wonderful Holiday Season! I have been gearing up for another successful year and wanted to provide more information to you about the home buyer tax credit! There is more information that you will need to know than what you may have heard on the news, etc. so I have provided this Handy Link.  If you are seriously thinking of buying or selling, call me because there is a deadline coming soon!
